Band saw blades

The blades are manufactured at Miniature Saws, in our Vallorbe factory in Switzerland, from the best steel available in the world. These unique blades are machined in a state-of-the-art manufacturing process. Our 50 years of experience in manufacturing precision blades allows us to offer an innovative and accomplished product whose performance exceeds the expectations of even the most experienced users.

The tooth geometry of the Pegas® blades has been carefully designed to completely eliminate vibrations during cutting. The results are amazing: the powerful and precise cut guarantees an excellent level of finish, both for hard and soft woods, in thicknesses up to 150 mm. These precision blades make it possible to achieve very tight curves with radii of less than 2 mm without any risk to the wood. Thanks to their wide range of sizes, the blades can be adapted to all needs, regardless of the type of wood, width and complexity of the objects to be sawn.
